BQ2060A: Not below 5% of RSOC

Hello,

I have a 9S2P VHTCS NIMH battery and a BQ2060A, when I charge , I detect the fully charged but when I discharge for the learning, the remaining capacity stop to 233mAh in spite of I have a discharge current during 900s. The fully discharged is not detected.
