BQ40Z50-R1: After charging，the FC hasn't been set.

Hello.

1. Now I use the BQ40z50-R1， learning charge, but the FC hadn't been set after end of charging. the charge NMOSFET turned off, it stopped charging when the charge current is 1.25A.

There is a Safety states information, it shows the FC could been setted.

Why?

2. Then I tried to close the OC protection, redo again: discharge the battery first, and then charge, Now the FC has been set, the VOK also clear zero.

 but now I find the Update Status is still 04, not update to 05. 

Why ?

    Did you have RDIS set during charging? For FC to be set, you need to have valid charge termination. Please look up section 4.6 of the TRM for the bq40z50-R1. If you have any of the safeties triggered, for example OC or such, then you will have the chg fet trip and FC will not set despite having TCA set.
