When the output of the photocouple is attached to the chip,the input voltage of the chip is less than 5V, and the chip does not work.

When the photocouple is not connected to the chip,the output of the photocouple is pulse waveform,and the amplitude is 5V.

The circuit diagram is shown below:

How can i use the DCPs to enlarge the PWM waveform??

Hi:

DCP series including DCP020515D required input voltage must DC only , no pulsing. The 5V input power suoply current constant current rating must be at least 0.5Amps and capable of supporting higher DC input current for any output voltage.

it appears from your data above, the output application is either a motor drive or FETS power drive circuit. The DCP02 will not function in either of these applications.

The other possible TI solution for +5 V out and separate data transfer (drive pulses) across the isolation barrier is the ISOW7841 reinforced digital isolator
