oh，i have started charging at cell vol=3.45v，not the learning cycle condition start at 3.00v. i think maybe this is the problem.

Hi,
The FCC and RemCap depend on many factors:
1. Your Charging Voltage
2. The Terminate Voltage
3. Temperature
4. Load
Qmax is the maximum theoretical capacity of the cell under nominal conditions i.e. 25degC, no load, from cell specification charging voltage to cell specification discharge voltage.
FCC uses Qmax along with the settings for the actual charging voltage, terminate voltage, temperature and load to calculate the available capacity for your application.
RemCap will use this information to calculate the remaining capacity at that moment for your application.
Typically the Design capacity should be set to the nominal FCC value that you see based on your application settings.
