BQ24172: Can it be used for 3S 3.85V battery?

Instead of the BQ24170 which fixed the battery charge voltage to be 4.2V/cell, I noticed that the battery voltage of BQ24172 is adjustable. Can it be adjusted to charge 3S 3.85V battery? The charge voltage per cell would be 4.4V and the battery charge voltage is 13.2V.
