Most all PFC I.C. can supply 250 watts  -- try the UCC28600 as shown in the Sluu256a.pdf -- .If you need a lower voltage then used a small transformer to convert the 380 Vdc to the lower values you need.

There are some ICs that have a front  PFC input and a half bridge to produce the desired secondary, properly converted and designed with feedback if necessary.

I am too busy to spend my time searching for those ICs.

Some are boost PFC and some are Buck  with half bridge drives for the low voltage conversion.

Is UCC28061/0 able to operate with up to 800Hz AC input voltage?

Yes, this frequency is used in a secondary use for the current incrementing of the coil to maximize the power transfer to the capacitor  -- it is fed to the multiplier section in the IC .
