BQ40Z50-R2: BQ40Z50-R2 tech issue When import the gg file

1、when excuite gg import,it appears the import problem as shown in below 2 figures

2、if forced import, click "write all", the battery will not communicate instantly

3、after reactivating the battery and reading the battery information，there is still the DF message of BQ40Z50 and unable to write to our own gggg文件.xls file.

so, my question is if have any solution to import the attached gg file in BQ40Z50-R2.Thanks!

    Hi,
    The file attached is in Microsoft Excel format.
    It is not recommended to save the file in Excel, since some of the Hexadecimal values will be converted incorrectly to Integer.
    The gg.csv format should be kept, and it is better to edit it in a text editor.
    Also, looking at the gg file, this gg file is not for the bq40z50-R2, it is for a custom device.
    Please check with your source for this gg file for further information.
