I am getting maximum duty cycle under no load condition.and also My IC failed reference voltage,input and Vcc voltage is coming but gate pulses are not generating.

    Hi Shwetha DV,
    Are you operating in current mode control or voltage mode control. Please share your schematic. If you are not willing to post the schematic on E2E please Email it to j-leisten@ti.com.
    Very useful would be to capture a waveform of the current sense pin, the ramp pin and COMP plus one of the gate drives. This should help us to understand what is going wrong.
