We have TINA-TI and PSpice models for LM25037 that you can use for simulation. They are available for download in the tools & software tab of the product page at the following link

after completing this step,

I am not able to import the model.

Shwetha,

I am not seeing the complete picture as your post is missing some picture or graph.

What are you trying to do or import to? the models are encrypted and work fine in PSPICE and TINA without any problem, as intended, and I just double checked.

Please note these encrypted models will not work in other SPICE base simulators. So if you are trying to use these models in other simulators, it will not work.
