Question：

RSET is chosen to target 250 µA of current through SET and IMON pins during current limit.

how to understand the 250 µA ?

1. Enter operating conditions. Vin=12V
2. Select current limit parameters. IMAX=10A,OCP=14A,FSTOCP=18A

Hi Min,

The current through the IMON and SET pins is same. You can chose any value between 0 to 1mA. In the application design examples, 250 µA was chosen. Is this answers your question?

Thank you very much for answering my question and I think this question is solved. I have a relative question, the datasheet says the current monitor (25mV 1%), I wonder the meaning of this parameter, could you please explain it for me?
