Please redirect your question to the Battery Management - Gas Gauge Forum for recommendations on cell balancing. Unfortunately, BQ24650 does not do cell balancing on its own.

I have posted same on gas guage forum. I want to know which cell balancing IC is suitable for 2S2P cell configuration?
