LM5576: The output problem of LM5576

Part Number: LM5576

1.The main connections are followed by the standard circuit with the feedback network of 5.11k+1.65k to 14.7k + 1.65k(namely 5V output to 12V output)
2.The problem is that the output with no load is periodically 12.8V to 3.9V waveform with 120ms period.

    Interesting that it would happen at no load but not at load. So the VOUT should be 5V but at no load it's jumping to 12.6V and falling to 3.2V.

    Does this occur at full load or only at no load?
    What is the FB voltage while this is happening?
    What is the SS voltage while this is happening?
    Is this waveform from the schematic shown (with R5=5.11k)?
