The 10% or 20% is just the tolerance of the rated capacitance.
Use the worst case with your requirements to see if the tolerance will work for your application. Keep in mind as the voltage across the capacitor increases, the capacitance decreases (derating). See the cap's datasheet for specific curves.
All that to say it's probably fine :)
