Hi team

I am recommending High switch to my customer, and I have some questions:

1, what is the output voltage of Gate drive, or in other word, what is the voltage between VS and the Gate drive voltage?

2, is there any method to realize soft start? placing an RC circuit at the IN pin can realize that?

Hello,

The gate drive voltage level is not specified. The internal charge pump, biasing the FET gate, is active once the device is enabled. external RC can delay the device turn on but can not change the output slew rate.
1- For what reason you need to know the gate drive voltage level?
2- Why do you need the soft start?
