BQ4050: SOC and Balancing Issues

Our India and Malaysia design facility has issues with the 4050 not reaching 100% SOC after a full charge. 1 month prior to production launch, it seems the FAE our team is working with thru the forum has indicated we might be using the wrong IC.

I need TI USA Support ASAP! As previously stated we are a month away from production with Battery Certs complete and we have discovered a problem with balancing and SOC calculations with the TI chip.
