TPS40210: Please help to review TPS40210 schematic

Hi TI Experts,

I have designed a power board based on TPS40210, which takes an input between 18VAC~30VAC and converts it to 12VDC @1.4A output. The design seems doesn't work because I could not get the required output power. Would you please kindly help to review my design and check if you could find any issue. Thank very much.

Hi Hoi Wa Ip,

Can you monitor the TP9 and TP23 voltages and show them on the same picture? Please set the time scale properly so we can see 3 to 5 cycles.

I am afraid one of your transformer winding polarity is reversed. Can you remove D3 and re-run the test?
