In section 8, we state:
8.1 Subject to Sections 8.2 through 8.5 and Section 9 below, TI warrants to Buyer that each Product conforms to TI’s published Specifications for such Product.
Testing and other quality control techniques are used to the extent TI deems necessary. TI does not necessarily test all parameters of each Product.

The clause 8.5 is not available.

Please share the functional validation test report for the same item during production of the component.

How we test/validate the IC in production is proprietary.

Do you have an application issue with this design, where it is not behaving properly?

Hi,

We are buying the components through distributor M/s. Arrow Electronics. We have a terms that COC from OEM should be provided along with materials.

We have received the material along with COC of distributor stating that all the test parameters can be obtained from OEM itself.

Hence, we are looking for the same from TI.
