Hello,

We have BQ76PL455A-Q1 Active Balance EVM and trying to connect the module to PC GUI. When I try to open GUI softtware, Following first message is appeared. After clicking OK, Second message is appeared.

I am using FTDI Chip / TTL-232R-5V / USB to TTL Serial Cable (5.0V)

Please make sure the proper FTDI software driver is installed and the EVM is set to "SINGLE"

At times, WIN 10 does not release the open COM X ports and may be in conflict. delete all of the unused COMx ports and add the FTDI to an assigned port. Also make sure the FTDI download addresses the exactly 32Bit/64bit version of the driver SW.
