The inductance values for the power modules you listed are as follows:
LMZ31530: 470nH
LMZ31520: 470nH
LMZ31704: 1uH
LMZ31707: 1uH

I'm not sure what you mean by VRM resistance? Are you perhaps asking about the internal MOSFET on-resistance?

For the VRM resistance, were you looking to get information on the HIGH-side and LOW-side FET rdson?

Hi Jimmy,

Attached here is the PDN topology used in PDN tool for Altera FPGA.

I am looking for the Rvrm and Lvrm (Refer the figure)values for the above LMZ series modules.

Need equivalent series resistance (ESR) and equivalent series inductance (ESL) for the above LMZ series modules.
