We have a problem with our pack capacity indication. During discharge it goes down linearly from 100% to about 89%. Then jumps down to about 75% and continous again in a linear fashion. However, when it gets to 0%, then is still a considerable amount of charge left. I am referring to the realtive state of charge.
We have calibrated the pack and also done the discharge, charge with pulsing and discharge process prescribed in the application notes, but this does not fix the problem of the jump.
Please advise.
