Dear all.

The TPS659039-Q1 is not working and is being checked.

The problem is that RC 32 kHz does not turn out in the datasheet Figure 6-20 and therefore not all DCDC & LDO outputs.

Below are the connections.

Please advise me on this matter.

Which variant of the TPS659039-Q1 are you using? For example O9039A385IZWSTQ1 or O9039A387IZWSTQ1

Mike,

Can you further describe the issue you are having? Which rails are not turning on? How are you turning on the device? Can you provide a schematic or scope shot of the power up sequence?

Hi

With 3.3V & 5V applied to the PMIC, all (DCDC & LDO) outputs are not produced and crystals are also not operational.
and it is confirmed that only VRTC voltage is output.

Mike,

You can send a direct message to me over E2E with the schematics if you would like.

I understand that you have powered the device. Have you sent an on request to the PMIC? For example, is POWERHOLD (GPIO7) high?

After reviewing your schematic (offline) I see no issues. Can you probe RESET_OUT and POWERHOLD? Are these both high?

The PMIC of the previous rev. B/D is replaced to verify operation.

perhaps the sample was incorrectly applied.
