BQ78350-R2-DEVICE-FW: Correct HW FW revision

Hello,

I have a bq78350-R1 that has been upgraded to R2 by firmware and look like in the screenshots below.

Since I'm facing some issues, I have downloaded a SREC and a GG file here attached as well: could you please check if the device firmware is correctly revisioned ?

Once you read FW_version, it should be 0x02xx for R2 version. Since your returen value is 0x0000, I don't think this is R2.
You can the find latest R2 FW package here - www.ti.com/.../BQ78350-R2-DEVICE-FW. Kindly help to download, install and program the srec file in this installed folder again.

How can I upgrade to this latest build without compromising the calibration data of this device ?

If you would like to keep original calibration data, you can leverage Data Memory tab in bqStudio. Try to import -> "import and write from file (Advance)" to select which DF parameters to be imported from you selected file.
