Q:No load or load The output voltage is unstable,when the Vin Rise to 6.2V,the Output voltage stability;why?the duty in the datasheet is 90%;

Or is there any other IC recommended?

hi,
what the input votage range in your application? if Vin is less than 17V, suggest to use TPS563201 or TPS563208.

TPS54531 is non-synchronous buck, at light load, Cboot voltage can't charge enough voltage at Vin 5V/Vout 3.8V, so Vout will be unstable.
