For the Whiskey lake I would recommend the TPS65083x.

Hi Alex,

As Nick mentioned above, TPS650830 can work for Whiskey lake; since we just release TPS650930 which has a VR1 default output at 1.05V which is better match with Whiskey Lake V1.05A rail, so, TPS650930 is recommended for it.

Please let your local TI support know if you need a reference design; I have that for our FAE only with NDA sharing with our customers.
