select a ac-dc solution

Hi sir,

I want select a ac-dc solution, the requirements are following:

input: ac0v---ac300v    [(0-400V (AC)will be better];

output: dc 5v，load current is about 400mA,

Do you have any Ics suggested or reference design? Any topology will be okay. Thanks.

    Hi Jack,

    The input voltage range is ok but we need to know the minimum input voltage that the design will be running from and still produce 5V output. Obviously at 0V in there cannot be any output voltage. Typical Vin min is 85V ac.

    The typical topology for this power range is flyback, you can use the webench designer tool on ti.com, to see a range of options.
