BQ27520EVM: Questions about the inaccuracy of bq27520 EVM temperature test

Part Number: BQ27520EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQSTUDIO

When using the bq27520 demo board to connect our battery for temperature calibration (the TS of the demo board is connected to the temperature sensing pin of the battery), The actual battery temperature measured is 30 degrees, but the temperature displayed in the bqstudio is 56 degrees. And the temperature has no change after calibration;

If the TS pin of the demo board is left floating, it is 30 degrees after calibration.

After contacting FAE, I learn that ext a coef 1-5 and ext b coef 1-4 in DATA FLASH need to be changed, but the result is deviated more when using the new provided parameters. The actual temperature is  29 degrees but -424 degrees is shown.

I only modified ext b coef 4 based on the original default parameters. The temperature is displayed at 29 degrees normally, but I am not sure whether there will be a problem after the temperature change.

The datasheet suggests 10K NTC 103AT thermistor. The thermistor we use is NCP15XH103F03RC, and the B-Constant is 3380K at 25-50 degrees. I don't know if it meets the requirement.

If it does not match, how can I modify the parameters?
