I can't get any output, nor from the I2c connection , no ack bits, just nothing all(I using the EVM2400 but cant get any output.....
Check all my connections , but also nothing at all....

You need to have bat powered up with more than 3V to prevent shutdown and also need to press the wake button to wake up the pack. If not, you need to have the pack side powered up with 3V as well. Connect ev2400 to i2c port and make sure that you don't have that as an unknown device in windows device manager.

so if in anyway the batter y gets under 3 volts the systsem will shutdown , is there anyway to do that since the rel-dis-rel cycle requires a termination voltage under 3000 mv?

You can stop the discharge at 3V if necessary to avoid system shutdown.
