without A is invalid call out and correct part# is REF5025"A"-Q1?

    Hi Taka,

    That is correct. We only offer REF5025A-Q1 which is 0.1% accuracy device. We do not offer the REF5025 0.05% accuracy device in Q100 grade. We are sampling the REF3425-Q1 which is similar performance to the REF5025 but this device is not released yet.
