TPS25200: Vout capacitance

we want to use TPS25200 as in the scene of Figure 14 in D/S.

and we want to keep the Vout peak voltage lower than 6V when the Mobile Device was plugged in  USB Port.

So must we choose the  output capacitance >47uF？？？

If we choose 47uF capacitance,  when the Mobile Device was plugged in USB Port, does the out capacitance result in the surge current that can lead to USB port controller IC truns off USB Vbus ?

    Hi Lee,

    Thanks for reaching us on this requirement.
    I would recommend to use TPS259531DSG here from TPS2595 family, which provides fast over voltage protection (clamps at 5.7V) along with current limiting feature.
    Please refer Figure 43 in the datasheet and let me know if you have any questions.
