Hi,
I am adding a schottky diode to the output of my TPS82140SILT in case someone powers output rail by another means. The schottky has a leakage around 10uA at the max Vr. I cannot find a current rating for the body diode of the TPS82140SILT. Can it withstand a reverse leakage current of 10uA from output to input?
