The input voltage is from 6V to 18V and the output is 15V/1A. Could you please give me a good scheme about this request?

Hi Kevin,

Do you need a buck-boost converter/controller or a boost with bypass function is also acceptable. the buck-boost provides stable output voltage, for boost, the VOUT will follow VIN if VIN is higher than setting VOUT.
