LP5907: LP5907 Vih threshold

Hello,

My customer has question about LP5907 Vih.

Vih is specified in the datasheets. Vih >1.2V

If Vih supply voltage higher than Vin, is it no problem ? Does Vih depend on Vin?

    Hi Taichi,

    In order to ensure that the LDO is enabled, we recommend that Ven be 1.2 V or greater over the operating input voltage range of 2.2 V to 5.5 V.

    The actual threshold where the LDO will enable is typically lower than 1.2 V and does increase as Vin increases as shown in Figure 2.
