TL720M05-Q1: explanation of part numbering

Part Number: TL720M05-Q1

Hi,

I saw the component information for "TL720M05GQKVURQ1" and"TL720M05QKVURQ1" to check differences between them.

As being said in previous post, I can see they have a different mold compound and different bond wire,

but I find the package size is also different as follows,

TL720M05QKVURQ1 6.1x6.6x2.3

TL720M05GQKVURQ1 6.6x5.2x2.3

In TL720M05 D/S, I can find just one package outline for TO-252.

Which information is correct?

Hi Go,

The body size for the KVU package is 6.1x6.6x2.3. Please note that this does not include the leads. The package outline information appended to the end of the datasheet is valid for both devices.
