TPS650830: start up fail at turning on VR3 rail

Hi,

our customer is having two boards fail turning on 3.3V .

they had confirmed that the power of VREF1V25, LDO3, LDO5 and V3.3EN has correct output.

But VR3 doesn't have output.

May I have your comment for how to fix this issue?

Please let us know if further information needed, i can also mail the schematic to you but please let me know your mail first.

What is the input voltage to your system?

If you can take a screen shot of a small portion of your schematic showing the TPS650830 device and passive components, it would be a good start to begin debugging the issue.
