1. What's the VDS(clamp) meaning in the D/S?

2. Is there over voltage protection on this device?

3. Is there any similar part with 60V rating?

    Hello, here are my answers to your questions.

    1- the clamp voltage is an internal and simlar to zener diode between FET drain (VS pin) and source (OUT pin). This clamp is from VS to OUT and is mainly for protecting the device from switching inductive load.
    2- The is no overvolatge protection from VS to GND. the absolute max voltage is 42V.
    3- There is no 60V similar part high side switch in our portfolio.
