BQ24650: Charger fail during battery detect

Hi, 

This case is an single cell battery application with 12V adapter input. Charging current is 10A for 4.15V. 

This problem happened on customer's board. The charger seems to damage after few minutes of battery detection. 

The voltage on MPPTSET become 11.xV

Please let us know what to check and I can follow up with customer.

    Hi,

    1. Could you advise which pin is damaged?

    2. If you plug in battery at first then plug in adaptor, is there any issue appeared?

    3. Can you measure BAT voltage and current waveform for reference during battery plug in? You should see below waveform.
