LMG1020: what is different between xlmg1020 and lmg1020?

hello

We need gate driver lmg1020 . but we can't buy lmg1020. So we bought xlmg1020 instead of lmg1020.

I am wondering what different is between lmg1020 and xlmg1020.

    Thanks for posting a new thread!

    LMG1020 is production unit which has 'dot' pin1 marking
    XLMG1020 is pre-production unit which simply has 'X' pin1 marking
    We needed a way to tell the difference between these two parts.
    There is no change in the internal die.
