Hi,

We are using a BQ25120A to manage the battery of our device. But for debuging phase, we need to disable the watchdog with Vin present. Is it possible?

If it is possible, what is the method?

    Hello,

    With VIN present, watchdog timer cannot be disabled. You could use the BQ25121A which has this feature but at a higher VSYS voltage. (it can be changed on MCU boot)

    With watchdog, you will have to read atleast one register on I2C atleast every 30s or so to keep it from kicking in.
