There is no specific document for the bq27320, however, the generic ones we have will work just fine for this device.

Is there any requirement of condition* when programming golden file at system production?
*bq27320 state, battery state (charging or not chargin) etc.

I believe there isn't but would like to confirm just in case.

Hello Yaita,
Ideally the battery should be in an idle state i.e not being charged or discharged.
