LM25066: VCL and the CL pin

Part Number: LM25066

I have a design using the LM25066.

I want to check which way the CL pin should be connected for 25mV threshold. The datasheet contradicts itself:

On page 3: Connect this pin to GND to set the nominal overcurrent threshold at 25 mV. Connecting CL to VDD will set the overcurrent threshold to be 46 mV.

On page 42: LM25066 can be used with a VCL of 25 mV or 46 mV. In general using the 25-mV threshold will result in a lower RSNS and lower I 2R losses. This option is selected for this design by connecting the CL pin directly to VDD.

The example schematics show the pin grounded - so am I correct to ground CL.

Thanks
