Hi

I have a related question about this thread.

I understood there are no any data for min Cboot. However our customer need to estimate how much variation of Cboot can be acceptable.

How much is the variation of Cboot can be acceptable? +/-50%? or +/-100%?

    We definitely do not recommend -100%

    The datasheet suggests Cboot of 100nF or 470nF. This means selecting a 470nF will allow your variation to drop to ~20% of the rated value before you even reach the other recommended value of 100nF. This is the conservative route if that's what they're looking for.
