UCD9090A: Downloaded the same firmware but didn't work the same

Hello . Everyone

Has anyone met bellow problems before ?

I made two same boards used the ucd9090a to manage the power rails . After I downloaded the same firmware to both boards . Then powered up . The power rails of one board could start up successfully . However ，the other one couldn't start up naturally , only if I connected the USB interface Adapter and opened the Fusion Digital Power Designer then .

I'm really confused about this problem . Did any one meet similar problems in the past?

How can I make it ?

what kind of file format is used to program the UCD9090A? we recommend to use data flash hex file or data flash script file. these two files will help to ensure that all GPIOs are under controlled state.

It seems that one board is stuck at ROM mode. you cann refer the attached file to recover.

but this shall not happen. please let's know the file format to program and use the data flash hex or script file to program. this shall help avoid the issue.
