Hi team,

May i have your help to know why TPS51225A pspice model pin out is different with pin out in datasheet? is this model ok?

Hi Henry,

I run the Pspice model, it's no problem. You can refer the simulation.

I'll ask our model team the reason that Pin number is different.

TPS51225A device has different control mode (Dcap/current mode) which is controller by FUNC pin. But this model doesn't have that pin. can this model support different control mode? or what's default control mode for this model?

Hi Henry,

This model only supports current mode, it doesn't support DCAP mode. And default control mode is current mode.

One more question, can this Pspice model support Bode plot simulation? if it can't, may i have your help to know is there other ways can get the model which can simulate Bode plot?
