How to reduce the inrush current, my load capacitance is 2000uf. I am bit confused to use what type of inrush current limiter and how?

For 3 phase inverter,.
- 40v 30amp
- since it consists of a capacitor of 2200uf, by connecting to the battery supply it produces spark.
- For temporary purpose we charge the capacitor by
Resister then we remove the resister and connect to the power supply.
- We can not able to use NTC resister to because it will dissipation lot amount of heat and not good for high watts applns.
Any suggestions friends.
Thank you sir, that was a good product to use. Is it suitable for my application (1000W), because 30amp will be flowing through it.
I have simulated the module by using texas webench designer , can you explain the simulated graph. I am confused about that.
- And what is the output current limit in webench tool.
- My output will be max of about 30amp but in output current limit option (under webench tools) doesn't increasing above 10amp.
- Does the output current limit option means the current requires for the capacitive load to charge.
- Even the mosfet used in the circuit was 100V and 30amp, which is not suitable for my appln.
Correct me friend if i am wrong.
What is the amp capability of this LM5069, because its not mentioned in datasheet.
I want to use a inrush current limiter in my inverter circuit. The specification of the inverter,..
- 40V and 30amp (1000W) Is LM5069 is suitable ? Because on load condition 30 amp will continually flow through this lm5069.
Friend do you want any other information. Waiting fro your reply,.
Can you please feed-in your system parameters in the attached file and send me.

Sir i attached the file.
Parameters:
- Mosfet nce7580 (http://www.dzsc.com/uploadfile/company/332784/201081617837365.pdf)
- Vmin= 20v
- Vmax= 60v
- soft start method (slowly increasing the gate voltage of mosfet to reduce inrush current)
- load 2200uF
- Output current of mosfet will be above 30amp
That it sir.
