    1. We did not measure the efficiency of the non-opto solution. The efficiency should be improved by not having the opto but it may be reduced by the 1.6k minimum load on the secondary output.

    2. This board was designed to work for nominal 24V battery input which typically ranges from 18V to 32V. It was optimized to work best at these voltages but the board could be operated at higher voltages since the IC is a 65V part and the input caps are rated to 100V.
