If I2C is unused, each pin is set either high or low dependent on the failsafe mode desired. This is in the datasheet.

ADC1 and ADC2 can be left floating if unused. or can be grounded. It doesn't matter.

Thanks for your response! But I only find one failsafe mode which set SCL=0&SDA=1. Are there any other failsafe modes?
