Dear Sir,

What different between them?

I check quiescent current (75 µA typical) and very low dropout voltage are the same.

    Hi Ian,

    LP2951-N was originally released by National Semiconductor before TI acquired the company.  The LP2951 is the version of the device that was released by TI while the two companies were competitors.
