REF200: Spice model

I need a spice model for the REF200. to conduct thermal analysis. I'm not using TINA so does anyone know where or how I can get the model.

Hi Doug,

Sadly if it's not on TI.com it is not available. All new devices on TI.com have a SPICE model but legacy devices such as this one, the chances get lower.
