Could you kindly help to review attached SCH and PCB? Thanks a lot. PCB is designed by protel 99.

    Hi Bruce,

    You can remove C5 and C6. It would cause offset current if the layout is not good.
    Please, add diode in series with R14 to prevent reverse voltage from PACK(pin 8) to Cell(B+) and pack(P+)
    Q3 direction was reversed. Drain should be connected to Gate of Q2

    I can't open .pcb file since I don't have PADs program. Would you upload with pdf format or .brd file open at allegro once you change your schematic.
