LMG3410R070: LMG3410

Part Number: LMG3410R070

Dear TI professional,

we need to switch a voltage of 500V in a generator in the ISM 27MHz band, i.e. the switching frequency is 27MHz.

The LMG3410, document SNOSD10C, specifies in part 6.6 - Switching Characteristics:  t_rise time = 4.2bs and t_fall time = 15ns

Part 7.1.1. defines: “the rise time is the time it takes the drain  voltage to slew between 80 percent and 20 percent of the bus voltage”
Part 7.1.2. defines: “the fall time is the time it takes the drain voltage to slew between 20 percent and 80 percent of the bus voltage”

Based on this, roughly estimated, the switching of the voltage 500V at 27MHz should be realistic. Is it ?

(The anticipated Drain current will be no more than 0.5A).

Thank you very much.

Kind Regards

Pavel Zahradnik
